Bardstown Engagement Session. Here is a look at a cold day warmed up by two love birds. Daniela was so sweet with Daniel and made so many shots natural and comfortable. I am beyond excited to capture their wedding. They have such a natural beauty and a smile that melts the camera! LOVE! Here is a look at some of my favorite moments from this session. I can't wait for May to get here!
About their Engagement.
Summer 2012, we went to Cumberland Falls State Park for hiking and to watch the famous Moonbow (a rainbow produced by light reflected off the surface of the moon rather than from direct sunlight).
We had a wonderful day hiking and swimming, but it is only at night during a full moon that you can see the moonbow, a phenomenon not found anywhere else in the Western Hemisphere. Dan was choosing the longest and hardest trails (and getting lost sometimes, trying to not let me realize it). Our favorite trail was Eagle Falls that follows the cliffline for much of the trail, with gorgeous views to the Cumberland Falls (of course I was taking many pictures).
It was evening when we went down to the rocks below the fall to wait for the moonbow and right there, over that beautiful scenario, Dan pull up the ring from his pocket and proposed!
